Dear E-Drug members:
Yesterday I sent a note alerting you to a paper I've just finished on
hidden costs of procuring essential medicines. To save on bandwidth, we've
now posted the paper as a Zipped Word file (100KB) and as an Acrobat PDF
file (200 KB), as well as a Word document (450KB).
Again, if you would like the paper and do not have Web access, send me an
email (libby@theplateau.com or llevison@bu.edu), tell me the format you
prefer, and I will send you the file directly.
