E-DRUG: RFI: Quantities of ARVs delivered to Africa?

Could anyone tell me if they know, or know how to find out, the following
information about supplies of ARVs to Africa between 2000 and 2004
(annually preferably!):
The value and volume of supplies from generic suppliers.
The value and volume of supplies from brand-name suppliers.
If, as I suspect, most of these data are not easy to come by (although I am
told published figures exist on volumes for brand name suppliers), we may
devote some resources to finding out, given willingness to supply
information on the part of participants (companies, governments, NGOs,
international agencies).
