E-drug: Role and function of E-drug (cont'd)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I find the so called political (newspaper) articles very informative. I
am not too sure about the intended scope of E-drug (hence some-
times I pose questions which have been forwarded to the INDICES
forum) but we all definitely operate within some political system
and somehow, we have to know what the politicians are up to as
far as essential drugs and health care are concerned. It is no use
putting up excellent policies that cannot be implemented only
because we did not measure the political temperatures. Maybe
what e-drug needs is to set a % of articles that should be from
newspapers (<5%).
NB Our thoughts and prayers are with our colleagues in America.
This situation just reminds us that we live in a real world where
everything affects everything else!
