E-DRUG: SA-PMA courtcase resumes 18 April

[the SA-PMA courtcase will resume wednesday 18 April,
and is scheduled to last till 26 April.
The PMA (industry) filed their response affadavit on
TAC on 28 March. TAC and DOH filed their affadavits
on 10 April. The TAC affadavit is available on the
Internet (see below).

The Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) has submitted its affidavit in
response to the PMA to the Pretoria High Court. Additional affidavits
were annexed to the main affidavit. All of these are worth reading. Most
