Surya is making a good point. Together with a group of Masters
students, I used the INRUD methodology in 1992 to prepare a
proposal for surveying drug dispensing practices in pharmacies in
Bangladesh. The proposal never got funded and nobody ever carried it
out (too busy with careers or follow-up studies). I'll send you the
proposal and maybe it is of use to you. No copyright.
