E-drug: Seeking information about the DURGs

Dear e-druggers,
I'm writing a paper on the activities of the Drug
Utilization Research Drug, Latin America.
I would like to describe its begining in the framework
of other National and Regional DURG experiences. My
questions are:
(1) When did DURG-AFRO, DURG-ASIA and DURG-India began
their activities?, and
(2) Is there any published (indexed, if possible)
reference explaining the first steps of DURG-AFRO,
DURG-ASIA and DURG-INDIA?
