E-DRUG: Seeking Supply Chain Workforce Strengthening Specialist

IntraHealth Is looking for a 'Supply Chain Workforce Strengthening
Specialist' to join the Washington DC team working on the USAID Global
Health Supply Chain - Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project.
The position provides strategic leadership and technical support through a
holistic organizational and human resources systems approach to improve and
sustain the performance of the supply chain workforce. S/he will conduct
the coordination with relevant stakeholders in the provision of assistance
to build the capacity and capabilities of national systems. Along with
relevant global and national-level stakeholders, s/he will support the
identification and development of effective strategies for building human
resource capacity while considering the organizational, policy, systems,
and other context for the capacity development.
This position is based GHSC-PSM headquarters in Crystal City, Arlington,
Virginia, with travel internationally as needed, approximately 50% of the
time.
