The MSH reference is a good guide for setting up a pharmacy.
Sometimes some questions are unanswered as the requirements are not exactly as the reference books.
It is very important that the pharmacy caters for the services that it is going to provide. When planning it is important to know the possible services the hospital is going to provide, services that it will provide to mobile clinics and other rural clinics in the area especially in terms of drug supply management. I found the PSM tool box very helpful as it may link you up to a resource that can help in planning.
