E-DRUG: Siting policies of private pharmacies?

Dear Collegues,
We have had a problem with congestion of private pharmaceutical services in
major towns and urban areas.
I would appreciate possible suggestions and experiences of how improved
spread
of pharmaceutical services and increased access of medicines has been
implemented especially in developing countries.
