E-DRUG: Studies or Literature on Medicine Errors

Dear E-Drug Users,

I am looking for studies or literature on Medicine Errors particlarly in the developing countries.

It is a well known fact that there are inherent risks associated with use of medicines and these include medication errors. These preventable events can lead to potential or actual harm to patients under our care. In many countries, this problem is cited as a major cause for concern but no efforts are made to quantify and document the occurence of medication errors.
