Two such exmples is the stammering / mincing words, the decision makers are showing on enabling families with HIV to safely replace breast milk and making HAART as a prophylaxis to all breast feeding women and expectant mothers in the third trimester despite overwhelming evidence on this - but we are stuck to Monotherapy Nevirapine!
Please continue speaking for the voiceless and plarformless children, one day something towards this end will be realized.
