E-DRUG: The Yellow Book in spanish/french?

Dear WB:
I would like to know how could I contact with WHO, MSH or Kumarian
Press, to ask more information about the "Yellow book", Managing Drug
Supply (where could I guess it, how to pay...). Is there a spanish or
french version of this book? Thank you in advance.

[good question! The 1st english edition of 1980 did see both a french and a
spanish translation. Both are probably still available from MSH (email:
msh@msh.org) or WHO/EDM (formerly WHO/DAP, email dapmail@who.ch).
I think there was a plan to translate also the 2nd edition into french and
spanish, but maybe the people involved were so tired after publishing the 2nd
edition that they have forgotten about it. Can MSH or WHO comment?
If anyone wants to start translating 700+ pages...
Kumarian Press does have an email address but they never responded to my queries
on that address. Anyone knows an active email address for them? WB]
