E-drug: To dispense or not to dispense (cont)

I was wondering if Abdullahi Elmi (Somali Group for Rational Use of Drugs)
would likely kind send me info. on the activities of this group and
where they are based. I am interested in the issue of rational use of Drugs.
I am currently doing a masters in public health degree in the
Boston University school of public health.
