E-DRUG: Tranex - A Bosnian Drug?

We have received an inquiry about a product called Tranex, believed to be
Bosnian (is currently used by a Bosnian immigrant). Dosage: 5-10 mg. Tablet
container is marked "dikalium chloracepat". We have found references to one
Tranex product which contains tranexamic acid but in much larger quantities
(500 mg). Besides, tranexamic acid has a different chemical name.
Can anyone help?
