We kindly ask you to return the completed questionnaire to dansources@unicef.org.

Please disregard this reminder in case you have already submitted your contribution.
UNICEF Supply Division, in collaboration with WHO, is preparing the second edition of the publication Sources and Prices of Selected Medicines for Children. This publication provides up-to-date information on the sources and indicative prices of selected child specific medicines and nutrition products. The publication is a valuable reference tool for governments, NGOs, donors, multilateral and other agencies who procure children’s medicines. Last year the publication reached 1850 potential buyers through visits at our website.
Please click here to see the previous issue published in January 2009 http://www.unicef.org/supply/index_47129.html. The updated edition will be released in 2010, and we are particularly interested in adding information on new paediatric formulations.
In order to have the most comprehensive listing of sources and prices, we are collecting and compiling information from as many relevant manufacturers who wish to be included. Please follow this link
http://www.unicef.org/supply/index_47129.html to download the form we are using to capture information on companies and the relevant products they manufacture.
Please send the completed form and any relevant attachments to: dansources@unicef.org before January 31, 2010.
We thank you for your cooperation.
You are welcome to distribute this information within your network.
