E-DRUG: Use of rectal chloroquine

E-DRUG: Use of rectal chloroquine (2)
-------------------------------------

Why would one do this in Namibia in the first place? We have
Quinine ivi and hospitals all over the place.

I do notice by the way that rural nurses in the north treat
"Fever = Malaria" left right and center, virtually always
missing the proper diagnosis. I also note that about 90% of
the Malaria cases that make it down to the coast (after
a holiday in the north) are Chloroquine resistant.

Why don't you make her get in touch with me?
