E-DRUG: Vaccine trial guidelines?

Dear E-druggers

Is there anyone under you who has experience with Vaccine Trial
Guidelines?

South Africa has developed general guidelines for Clinical Trials on
drugs, and we are now working on specific guidelines for Vaccine
Trials.

We would appreciate to hear about experiences from other countries
with the use of such guidelines, or receive pointers (website
addresses?) to any vaccine trial guidelines that may exist.
