E-drug: World Bank does it again!!

Dear Colleagues,
The world bank has done it again. The job profile recently
advertised on the network requires a pharmacist with knowledge of
health economics and NOT the other way about as the bank seems to
think. Once again they will find themselves is a series of
programmes which fail to deliver their promise because they get the
wrong advice from the wrong professionals.
