Accuracy of religious document against condoms (12)
---------------------------------------------------
As mentioned by Daniel Halperin, just as oral sex continues to be a
misunderstood and exaggerated means of HIV transmission, I do get
amazed when people go on and on about the use of shared barbers' scis-
sors, blades and toothbrushes as a means of effective HIV transmission.
I do understand however that in a culture where sexual intercourse out-
side marriage is found upon or next to a taboo, it is morally expedient
to talk about being infected through such unproven, undocumented but
speculated means than through sexual intercourse. Let's stop behaving
the ostrich and get serious. 17 years is gone by. We have a lot of evi-
dence based education on HIV to do in the years ahead!!!
