Supercourse's resource page includes two best sellers on Epidemiology
and Statistics by 'The British Medical Journal' (Statistics at Square
1, Epidemiology for the Uninitiated), Global Health Network resources
and others.

We asked the 'The British Medical Journal' to put these two books on
the web for the Supercourse and they generously made them available on
the Internet.
