Health Systems Training - Tuition Scholarship
---------------------------------------------

17 October - 5 November, 2001
International Training Program in Israel

As the Director of the African Division at Galillee College, the
leading management institute in Israel training senior managers from
Developing Countries, I would like to inform you of the opportunity
to benefit from a tuition scholarship to attend our Health Systems
Management Program, scheduled for October 17 - November 5, 2001.

Should you wish to benefit from this program you may find additional
information and register on our website:
http://www.galilcol.ac.il/

Candidates who are citizens of a Developing Country with at least a
first academic degree, proficient in English and with professional
experience in the area of Health, may qualify for the above tuition
scholarship.

A candidate who qualifies for the scholarship has to then fund the
airfare to and from Israel and a local expense fee (US$ 2,865), which
covers accommodation with full board, airport transfers, medical in-
surance, weekend excursions and study tours. (This remaining sum may
be financed partially or in full by the employer and/or external
funding agency or sponsor.)

Israel is known for its knowledge, technology and modern management
systems. The three-week intensive Health Systems Management Program
includes lectures, workshops, and study tours, enabling participants
to gain further knowledge in their professional field, learn from the
Israeli experience, and visit places of historical, religious and
tourist interest in Israel, while networking and exchanging knowledge
with colleagues from other Developing countries world-wide.

For further details, you are also welcome to contact me by post, fax
or e-mail.

Very truly yours,

Ms. Rachel Gottlieb
Director, African Division
International Department - Galillee College
