'INASP Health Links' update
---------------------------
(sorry for any cross postings)
Dear Colleagues,
Per the 'INASP Health Links' gateway:
http://www.inasp.info/health/links/, we would like to announce
two new features:
1. For most of the 'specific health resources' pages listed on
the table of contents, we have added 'PubMed - Free Full text
Articles on...' searches. These searches identify and link to
all free full text e-journal articles for the specific subject
within the PubMed database. For example the PubMed search for
'Malaria' results in over 3,300 links to full text articles.

By repeating this search periodically, you will find new full
text articles that are added to the PubMed database weekly.
Thanks to Steve Glover, Medical Library - Paterson Institute for
Cancer Research (UK), for initiating this addition to the gate-
way.
2. A new dental health page that contains links to relevant in-
formation in this discipline:

We also would like to bring attention to two invaluable clinical
tools that now are available electronically as .PDF files. These
are 'Where There Is No Doctor'
http://www.inasp.info/health/links/ebooks.html#nodoctor
and 'Where There Is No Dentist'
http://www.inasp.info/health/links/dental.html#nodentist
Both contain invaluable clinical information for the non-
physician environment and are available in English and Spanish.
Future developments for the gateway will include a page on 'Oto-
laryngology' and enhanced sub-pages in the 'Tropical Medicine
and Infectious Diseases'. Please take a look at the new page and
feature plus forward information to your interested colleagues.
If you have any suggestions or additions for the 'INASP Health
Links', please send an e-mail to

Thank you for your assistance.
Yours truly,
Lenny Rhine
