RFI: Lymphatic filariasis

Hello,
My name is Elisabeth Gerard, my nephew, a 13 years old boy living in
Canada, has what the doctor called lymphatic filariasis. His right foot
and leg are bigger than the other one. We are very concerned about that
situation. I would like to know if there is a cure for that disease. In
Canada we have not found any cure.
Please help!!
