As a normal person, participating in this conference, because of
professional interest, and as interested in the health-issue world-
wide, I am VERY surprised that the fee's for participating in those
mentioned courses is so high, when it is held locally in Africa. The
fee's are the same as courses, held in USA, or in Europe.

How can it be SO expensive ? How many participates in those courses ?
Where does the course physically take place ?

Yours Sincerely

... participants are also required to fund their own air fare
and accommodation costs. The BRTI does not provide scholarships
for these courses and participants are encouraged to approach
their employers and donor agencies for assistance.

So it means, that the fee does NOT include food, does NOT include
place to stay, does NOT include any kinds of transportation ???

... Sponsorship in the past has been provided by W.H.O., UNICEF,
    I.E.A.E. and the European Union.

Is it supposed, that one or more of those organisations should actually
pay the course-fee above mentioned ?

Yours sincerely
David Svarrer
