Training of medical doctors in Africa (4)

Thank you for the info. I have no doubt whatsoever that India produces
some of the best Doctors in the world. I have many colleagues who
trained in India whom I respect a lot. But the point I am making is
that most of the African countries do not enforce strict regulations on
overseas trained medics who intend to practice in their countries. I am
speaking of personal experience in my country (Kenya) in which many
malpractices on unsuspecting innocent public go unchecked, although I
would agree that this largely due to corrupt senior government offi-
cials. Once more thanks I would look at your paper.
