Vacancies: Senior Program Managers, International Reproductive Health

JHPIEGO Corporation is anticipating filling several senior program
management positions and is recruiting candidates with the following
qualifications/skills:
* At least 10 years of international development experience in re-
productive health (e.g. maternal health, STDs, HIV/AIDS, infection
prevention, cervical cancer prevention) or related health areas.
* Has an advanced degree (masters level or above) in a relevant area
supporting international health
* Has resided in a developing country setting for at least two (2)
years while managing and working in international development pro-
jects.
* Has demonstrated management and leadership skills of at least
three (3) years' duration.
* Is a team player and able to contribute value added to a dynamic
and ambitious team of health experts and experienced program staff
in implementing a range of exciting projects in a variety of set-
tings internationally.
* Is fluent in at least one major language (French, Spanish, Rus-
sian, Portuguese)
* Is a proven self - starter with a broad set of experiences that
can be brought to bear in a variety of flexible and changing program
management situations.
* Is facile with technology and telecommunications and able to par-
ticipate and lead in a virtual-team approach.
* Is willing to relocate to the Baltimore area initially (with pos-
sibility of overseas posting) to be an active part of a dynamic and
progressive international health organization.
