E-drug: bio-ethics in developing countries

The Nuffield Council on Bioethics published a discussion paper, 'The Ethics
of Clinical Research in Developing Countries' on 19 October 1999. This may
be of interest to some of you on the mailing list. I have attached the
press release which accompanied the launch of the report for your interest.
