E-drug: CIF rate on drugs & pharmaceuticals

Our unit in its cost effectiveness analysis is trying to estimate the
total cost of drugs and other pharmaceuticals of various intervention in
different parts of the world. We need the average CIF rate on drugs and
pharmaceuticals from any drug manufacturing country to purchasing countries.
If you have any data base on this, please can you make it available to us.
However, if anyone knows of a publication that reviews pharmaceutical
pricing in developing countries showing the components of the mark ups, that
would be useful too. Thanks.
