E-DRUG: Consultancy at Global Drug Facility, Stop TB Partnership/UNOPS

As a key initiative of the Stop TB Partnership hosted by UNOPS, the
objectives of the Global Drug Facility (GDF) are to ensure an uninterrupted
supply of quality-assured, affordable anti-TB drugs and diagnostics to
population in need, strengthen national drug supply management systems and
sustainable procurement capacity, contribute to TB commodities market
shaping, and maximize impact and value for money.
Consultant's Responsibilities:
The consultant will coordinate GDF monitoring and
technical assistance (TA) missions, provide support for the organization of
GDF workshops and other meetings planned in the first half of 2016, ensure
timely implementation of GDF grants, and coordinate the activities
supporting the introduction of new anti-TB paediatric formulations.
Qualifications: Advanced university degree (master's or equivalent) in
public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, supply chain management, business
and/or international development. A minimum of 5 years experience in
public health/Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSM) issues in
international organizations, such as UN agencies, donors, technical
agencies, NGOs and/or private sector companies.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
Consultancy period: From January to July 2016, Full-time.
