E-drug: Destruction of expired drugs

Dear Collegues,
I am Officer of the Drug Information Center in Skopje,
Republic of Macedonia, and I will appreciate any useful advice about
destruction of expired drugs or point me official recommendation of
European Community or World Health Organization in which
this problem is treated.
It would be of extraordinary help when you can point me any
legislative where the solution for this problem had found legislative
support.
