E-DRUG: Drug regulation changes in Canada (contd.)

I am not familiar with the specialized agencies in the UK
and Nigeria, but my question is whether these agencies have
regulatory authority and whether they are at 'arms-length'
from the manufacturers of products that are being regulated.
