E-DRUG: Drug regulations in Canada (contd.)

The specialised agency in Nigeria has regulatory authority.
This agency NAFDAC determines whether a drug or food is
approved for consumption. Any one producing or importing
food and drug must have such food or drug certified. NAFDAC
operates at `arms-length' from manufacturers!
