We have been asked by the journal 'Africa Health' to suggest an author for
a paper (1800) on trade liberalisation, structural adjustment, the weakening
of the public sector and the effect that these have on medicines and
medicines regulation. One of the topics that need to be covered is "the
private sector role in drug supply" - with specific reference to Africa and
for fairly general health oriented audience. ie not over complicated.
We have put forward one or two names but would like to be able to suggest
some others.
Can any one suggest a suitable author or know anyone who has done case
studies or research in this area? -
deadline for article 20 November approx length 1800 words.
