E-drug: Ethiopia E-drug programme

Hi,
I'm in grad school and am preparing a presentation on the e-drug program in
Ethiopia. I have info on the 'plan' but need something about the
implemention process and where they stand now. Does anyone have anything
or know where I can get some info.
