E-drug: Evaluation of brand names (3)

I have experienced earlier that the composition has changed in a
medicine with two or more active ingredients. But I think it is
alarming if a single substance brand of medicines changes the
active ingredient. That may be very dangerous.
This shouldn't be allowed by regulatory authorities, if they function
properly.
