E-DRUG: generic drugs in Mexico (4)

Here in Canada the position of the provinces is that unless a doctor
writes "no substitution" or some other such phrase on the prescription that
the pharmacist can dispense any bioeqivalent brand regardless of whether
the prescription has been written using the brand or the generic name.
The situation in Australia is also as described above, as long as the
patient consents to a substitution.
