E-DRUG: generic fluconazole, ciprofloxacin, AZT?

Dear E-druggers

I would be interested to know whether any of the following drugs are
available in your country from another supplier than the original
patent holder. (This would only apply to countries that are not yet
TRIPS compliant, as in TRIPS compliant countries no generic copies
should be available)

Fluconazole
Itraconazole
Ciprofloxacin
Ofloxacin
Zidovudine (AZT)
Lamivudine (3TC)
Nevaripine
Ganciclovir
Azithromycin
Clarithromycin

If you know of a generic copy, please supply me with the name of the
supplier, and if possible the local retail price (preferably in USD)
