E-drug: Helsinki declaration (cont)

I see that the World Medical Association, an organization of doctors,
is interested in preventing pharmacists prescribing. What about
dispensing doctors? What do they say about that? Especially as we
have such good data to show differing prescribing patterns of
dispensing and non dispensing doctors.
