E-drug: International Ethics Codes Update

This message is the third in a continuing series of updates on
proposed revisions to international research ethics
guidelines. These revisions would expand the
use of placebos and formalize a double standard in
medical research whereby research participants in
developing countries could be denied known
effective therapies if these are not available in
their countries.
