E-DRUG: Is DES still marketed outside U.S.?

Dear E-druggers,

I received the following message for help from Clare Kinberg, the
managing editor of a journal named Bridges. Since I am aware many
in the E-drug community (especially groups/individuals in the
Netherlands/U.S. including Ellen 't Hoen) have worked on the DES
issue, I am posting the message to the E-DRUG. Please help out,
if possible! Thanks.

FYI, on my query Clare Kinberg replied that their journal,
Bridges: A Journal for Jewish Feminists and Our Friends, is
completely independent and is funded by its 1500 or so
subscribers and donations from individuals. Their website is
