E-DRUG: Management of guidelines (2)

Dear E-druggers,
I am joining to this request of our colleague from Czech Republic according
guideline management.
It seems that all the countries of Eastern Europe have the similar
problems - unclear concepts of standardization in health care, lack of
knowledge in guideline development, its possible interaction with National
EDL, formularies, applicability of guidelines in routine practice, etc.
I would appreciate your comments on all this and listed below questions.
