Hello Moses,
Your quest for indicators is a general one, but will never succeeed if
you have not defined what the care is that you expect from the
pharmacies. If that would just be a selling function (with focus on
the economic viability of the shop), then your indicators turn out to
be totally different from e.g. a dispensing function (where
availability is the core) or a care function (where patient
experiences are important). So, first you should define the aim and
objectives of the system, before you can define indicators.
