1) All 180 chapters (3 volumes) of encyclopedia are available electronically through "Science Direct". "Science Direct" is subscribed by most University libraries around the world and it stores millions of books, journal articles etc. The cost would be negligible then.

2) I am also suggesting Elsevier to include this resource in it's Research4life programme for low and middle income countries.
