[Maybe E-druggers can suggest some useful weblinks? I would also like to use the opportunity to get more clarity on how many USD per capita a district in an average developing country would need. For years, WHO quoted (without much evidence?) a figure of USD 1.00 / capita/year. Some years ago they upped it to USD 2.00 / capita/year. Any evidence for this (or other?) figures?
