E-drug: Pyrazinamide 400mg dosage form

INFORMATION REQUESTED
Only the 500mg pyrazinamide tablets are registered and available in
South Africa, and a strength of 400mg is urgently needed to perform a
clinical study.
Any information on the availability of a 400mg solid dosage form?
