My expectation when putting this question out was to get an overflow of
examples of good practice considering that the interagency guidelines,
plus the assistance accorded by such groups as PQMD have been in place
for quite a while. The silence is deafening!!

Some of my colleagues here from recipient countries have sadly punched
holes in the one "good" example advanced.

It is actually difficult to obtain data on the processes leading to
disease specific donations and their effect, donations during recent
disasters, donations-in-kind specifically in HIV/AIDs management. I
agree with Phillipa for further discussion on this matter.
