Don't let her go there!
Malaria, and resistant Malaria at that, is already nothing to play
with. However in pregnant women it is downright scary (and trust me on
this one, I see a lot).
But as she is not going to listen :-)-O I'd suggest:
Chloroquine and Proguanil
with the possible addition of Erythromycin (Doxycycline is
contraindicated in pregancy).
When she catches Malaria (not if) you airlift her out to the nearest
ICU with Swan Ganz and dialysis facilities.
