E-DRUG: Pharmacy Drivers

Dear E-druggers,
Foppe suggests that the training of pharmacy drivers in Netherlands is
simple and effective. This is interesting, because I haven't heard of
anyone else studying the effectiveness of this process. What is the
evidence that it is effective? Are there results of them picking up all
the medicine related problems, or even a proportion of them? Do they pick
up issues for referral to a pharmacist? How does that work? Is there a
patient satisfaction index?
