Most sub-saharian african central medical stores are members of a NGO
called ACAME (Association des Centrales d'Achat de Medicaments Essentiels)
to promote cooperation an communication between different countries.
Last Year 4 directors visited Morocco and Saudi Arabia to be informed about
joint procurement of Arab Union of Maghreb countries and Gulf Countries.
ACAME began a joint procurement in 1998.
