E-drug: Re: Uganda MOH website

The Ministry of Health in UGANDA deserves a big hug! Well done
indeed. This is surely one important way to go. The only comment I
want to add is that you should promote this website primarily in
UGANDA and the rest of the world will follow. It is those who
make and break the system within UGANDA who eventually have
the responsibility for UGANDANS' legitimate access to essential
medicines and health generally! Maybe someone in the Ministry can
tell a brief story of how you got this accomplished?
Congratulations again and best wishes for the success of this and
similar efforts.
